DIM is an antioxidant and valuable phytonutrient with unique health benefits.* Where does DIM come from? DIM is the major metabolite of indole-3-carbinol, a constituent of cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Indole-3-carbinol is considered the source of the health benefits associated with cruciferous vegetables, and naturally converts to DIM (about 10%) in the stomach.* Research update: BioDIM has demonstrated benefits for breast and cervical health.
