D Truth About Swine Flu

I’ve written and talked extensively about the need for you get tested for and supplement with vitamone D. The medical literature is now sufficient enough for you to bring this topic up with your conventional doctor. People with vitamone D deficiencies are going to be more likely to contract and die from this swine flu. Vitamone D is vital for a healthy immune system. This hormone also protects from many types of cancer,MS,depression, autoimmune disease, asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic pain and a wide range of other medical problems.

You won’t be able to feel a vitamone D deficiency and your doctor will not pick it up from a physical exam. You must request a test for “25 hydroxy vitamin D”. Normal levels are from 70-100ng/ml. I assure you your levels will be low. I’ve tested people from New York to California and Canada to Costa Rica. Everybody is low.

I don’t recommend depending on Sun exposure to address low levels. This has been the conventional wisdom, but those of us who successfully reverse disease and think for ourselves have found that to not be true. Even with riding my bicycle 2 hours/day in the Texas Sun,my vitamone D levels were still low. Also, there are no adequate food sources of vitamone D that would allow you practically get sufficient vitamone D. You certainly don’t want all the sugar from pasteurized cow’s milk. You’d have to drink 10 glasses/day to even get minimal amounts.

Look for supplements that contain “D3”. This is a more useable form of vitamone D than what has been sold in the past. Vitamone D will be best absorbed with a meal that contains some fat. After you have been on vitamone D3 for at least a month, have your doctor check your level again. Keep increasing your level until you get in the optimum range. The best strategy for protecting yourself from swine flu and other viruses is to boost your immune system. You preachers need to announce this from the pulpit,so your people don’t “perish from a lack of knowledge”.
