Non-internet and orders origination outside the United States must be made payable by check or money order to PYR Less Group, LLC in U.S. dollars. PYR Less Group, LLC, 6818 Plum Creek Dr., Amarillo, TX 79124, USA. Include your order with payment.
For personal checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
International Anti-Aging Systems products must be ordered from the IAS website.(See SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES). DO NOT send payment to PYR Less Group, LLC. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. |

SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
Dr. Fitt's products' are shipped USPS Priority (with confirmation)
within the continental United States. Shipping charges for overnight or
expedited orders, international orders and orders to AK and HI will
require special handling and rates will vary. Please contact us for
special shipping.
Some products are shipped from other locations by other carriers and may
require additional shipping charges
Orders sent outside the continental United States will reflect actual
shipping and handling costs to the delivery point and DO NOT include
duty or taxes.
INTERNATIONAL PRESCRIPTIONS (International Anti-Aging Systems) products
are ORDERED and SHIPPED from the United Kingdom. They are an affiliate
company. You ARE NOT ordering from drfitt.com, or PYR
Less Group, LLC, but from the IAS website. We are not responsible for
any products offered/sold by IAS.
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with Dr. Fitt's products. Should there be a
problem with the products you receive, please notify us as soon as
possible. You may return unopened products with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER within 30 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. IAS
(International Anti-Aging Systems) products must NOT be returned to us.

If your product is damaged upon receipt, you must notify the carrier,
save all packing material and contact the seller immediately.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the
package reaches your country. Any additional charges required by
customs are the customer's responsibility and we do not know those fee
amounts. Contact your local customs office for more information.
