Touch My Face Masque is the follow-up product to my Touch My Face cream. The masque stays true to the objective of the cream, which is to make your skin appear healthier by making the cells healthier. This is much better than the cosmetic approach of trying to cover up the manifestations of diseased skin. Whether its acne, rosacea, wrinkles, age spots or just saggy skin, the cause is the same……”oximation”.

Oximation is the damage done by inflammation and oxidation as your immune system tries to fight off various germs such as yeast and bacteria. Oximation coupled with hormonal decline causes your skin to appear unhealthy. TMFM combined with a grain free, sugar free diet will help restore cell health and reverse oximation, not only in your face, but throughout your entire body.

For basic use, apply a fingertip amount to your face and rub in after washing your face with a mild soap and hot water. A fingertip amount should cover about a quarter of your face. Apply to neck also. The masque will need to set for 2 hours. Remove it with a mild soap. The masque can be worn overnight. Just make sure to rub it into the skin completely so that it does not stain fabrics. Skin should then be treated with a healing oil, such as castor oil (my personal choice), organic coconut or extra virgin olive. The masque will stain fabrics. You will note a difference after the first use. Frequency of use will be determined by desired results. For mild wrinkles, twice a week treatments will work. More frequent use is recommended for extensive wrinkling, acne and rosacea. The more frequently you use it, the better and faster will be your results.

For even better results, pretreat skin with a sugar facial scrub which can be found at most healthfood stores. Keep your TMFM refrigerated after opening.
